Ever since I was a small child, I’ve listened deeply to the calls of Earth and all her elemental beings. As I became older, I found it tougher to remain connected to Spirit as I tried my best to conform to social norms and make a life for myself in America. In 2015, I began the journey of healing and coming back home to myself. Today, I guide others towards discovering their authenticity and unearthing the magic they came into this world with.

Life Experience

As a native of the Pacific Northwest, I grew up in Portland Oregon, where I reside today. I am of mixed heritage descending from the Chippewa Native Americans, who are a tribe of people indigenous to North America. I am also of mixed Irish, English, and French descent. My personal journey has led me to venturing all across the world, living and exploring my way through the cultures of places like Thailand, Hawaii, and Guatemala. Bridging ancient wisdom from various sacred cultures, with modern forms of healing used today, is the location I strive for my work to live within.

In 2014, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Oregon State University. My main focus of study was within the topics of women and sexuality. I interned at the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence and worked on campus as an educator of sexual violence prevention. This passion of mine still carries into the work I do today, as I have an affinity towards working with those who have experienced sexual trauma. Some of the work that is closest to my heart is transforming these places of shame and secrecy into self-empowerment and transparency.

Whispering softly
She sings to her well
Of fragmented pieces
Lost within Self
Saying come home,
Come home to me now.
— Fey Wolf, An Ode to the Flowers

My Teacher: Jai Medina

Jai Medina is a two-spirit shamanic practitioner and lineage holder of the Balanzu Way, a healing tradition based on the balancing of masculine and feminine energies, and the power of transformation that rises in between. Fey has been Jai’s apprentice since early 2017, practicing shamanic energy work and intuitive counseling skills. Jai specializes in transforming the wounded healer, and through their work together Fey continues to rebirth her experiences of trauma from this life and the past, into the fruit of healing that she offers to herself and her clients today. Fey honors the tradition of the Balanzu Way as her main ally in bringing healing to those she works closely with.
